TOG's Philosophy

Through determination, commitment, and passion, all players have the capacity to improve their performance levels. By implementing a holistic training methodology, players improve tactically, technically, physically, and psychologically in a synchronized manner.

THE OTHER GUY

'Behind The Name'

TOG stands for The Other Guy. Back when Coach Brett Uttley was still competing as a player, his father would often add fuel to Coach Brett's fire by simply stating, "Work harder than The Other Guy'. When you are not improving your game, TOG is. Adopting the TOG mindset requires a relentless attitude to take advantage of every opportunity to improve as a player. Every time you step on the field, analyze a game, or work out in the gym you have a chance to improve. Do not waste those chances!

TOG Main Focus Areas:
  • Tactical Insight and Understanding

  • Technical Mastery

  • Psychological Strength

  • Physical Intelligence
